No, the notes do not cause any health problems.

There are traces of TBT (used as stabiliser in food packaging, textiles, wood preservatives, disinfectants), but the average person would need to eat more than 2,500 euro notes per day, over a significant period of time, for this to reach the recommended Tolerable Daily Intake.
So Euro notes will not make you impotent.
