Reasons: Bad
- Air Quality Some of the best Air Quality regulations have come from the EU.
- Collaboration will continue, and be "improved by leaving the EU". Leaving the EU will make collaboration harder.
- Companies will want to come to the UK. No sign of that happening so far, if anything companies are leaving.
- Economy improvements The pound has fallen in value since the referendum, and growth is now the worst in the EU.
- Fishing industry 75% of home-caught fish is exported, and the majority eaten in the UK is imported.
- Less corruption. It's easier to corrupt/control Teresa May than the EU.
- Less tax to pay. Most people take more than what they pay in tax.
- Nigel Farage has all the answers He has been proven to lie far to many times.
- No more EU health and safety nonsense Most regulations are good; although some may need updating (not removing).
- Northern Ireland border Not a good thing.
- Reassert sovereignty Nope... "Parliament has remained sovereign throughout our membership of the EU"
- Scotland wants to stay in the EU The EU provides several benefits, which the Scottish are more aware of.
- We can consider our race above others Not sure how to answer this one - this is not a good thing.
- We can do our own research. We already do, it will just be harder after leaving the EU.
- We can have a "bonfire of regulation". Which regulations do you want to remove? most are really good.
- We can limit immigration We could already - like Spain, Germany, Belgium, etc.
- We can restore our sense of national identity. We still have a national identity within the EU.
- We can stop freedom of movement We could always apply limits to the freedom of movement, like in Germany.
- We do not need Euratom. We use Euratom for nuclear fuel, and cancer treatment.
- We do not need the European Banking Authority. EBA helps regulate and supervise the banking sector.
- We do not need the European Medicines Agency. We use the EMA for approving and licensing medicines.
- We will be able to send criminals home This becomes harder outside of the EU.
- We will have the right to sue government Other way around, the "Brexit bill will remove right to sue government"
- We will still be able to go on holiday. Yes, but it won't be as easy.
- We will still be in the Single Market Doesn't look like it now.
